Plexav is now offering full-text RSS feeds for you to use as you see fit!
You’ll note that it’s difficult to find blogs that offer full-text RSS feeds. WHY’S THAT?
People take the content and use it for their own purposes and gain . More specifically, some ‘bloggers‘ will scrape the content from another site and then rewrite portions of it so that it appears distinct to search engines.
Rewriting an article is also known in the trade as ’spinning,’ and while there are some interesting semantic problems being addressed by those engaged in creating ’spinning software,’ it seems much better to simply create good content and post it.
Which serves to segue to my closing idea. If you want to use the essays I’ve written, the material I’ve compiled and the organizational structure, you may do so, but ONLY if you include a link to this blog from your highest page ranked page. You must be certain that the link is followed by Google, Yahoo, Ask and MSN, and you must further avoid taking any action that would preclude any bot from following these links to plexav.com.
Bloggers have become more and more protective of their original content and so it seems time to buck the trend. Instead of spending time and energy protecting the intellectual property (i.e. all that I’ve written and placed on Plexav.com) I think there’s a better return in reducing uncertainty.
Let’s find out!!
